May started the new quest for a Grand Championship title. It sounds stupid enough and lord knows we don't wish to be associated with UKC titles, but the AKC needs money and they need people to bring their dogs back out to shows. Lucky for Aegis, Zero was just gaining momentum in the Breed Ring and easily attained his Grand Championship! In fact, he is the Second RR to do so and the First Canadian bred dog to do so! So, stupid and money making as it is....Zero earned his 25 points with 3 majors, 4 judges, blablabla.
He is now very close to hangin' out in the TOP 10 RIDGEBACKS IN THE UNITED STATES spot! 180 breed points to date in a mere 6 weeks.
Not sure if Juliet will ever let him come home......but I know he adores her, so I am not too worried ; )
